In other words, sell, sell, sell – at every single opportunity. It doesn’t have to be overt with a smarmy smile. Try different approaches with different people on different occasions. Note down what worked and what didn’t. The best are those that are scripted but come across very natural and not trying too hard. And if you get turned down, don’t worry. Look at it as a learning opportunity and try again, it might be timing or you might find the right hook next time around.
