That covers employees, direct reports, volunteers, coachees, and anyone else you bring in. As soon as they accept your invite, their access kicks in and renews automatically with your subscription. If they leave the team or your subscription ends, their covered access stops but they keep their personal account and can subscribe individually if they want to.
