Do you share my data / career profile with third parties?

We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except where required by law. You own your career profile data and decide when and with whom it’s shared. For example, with a coach, team members, or a hiring manager. Your profile is only visible to employers once you’ve applied to a position on our platform and a hiring manager has placed you on their shortlist. Only then can they see your personal and contact details.
