inkscroll offer gift vouchers which can be redeemed against thousands of courses as listed on inkscroll.com. The gift vouchers are available to purchase with a minimum spend of £25.
Once purchased, the gift voucher is issued instantly, by email. Each voucher contains a unique ‘redeemable code’ which is used to verify the voucher and make a booking. An invoice confirming the details of the purchase will also be issued by email. You can either print out or forward the voucher by email to the recipient.
inkscroll gift vouchers are dated and valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The exact expiry date is printed on each voucher. You must make your booking before this expiry date or the voucher will no longer be valid. However, the course date may be later than this. Credit can be used until the expiry of the voucher and is non-refundable.
Redeeming your voucher
Gift vouchers can be used as full or part payment for the course. You may redeem more than one gift voucher per booking. If the course fee is higher than the total value of the gift vouchers redeemed then the difference will need to be paid to the provider.
To redeem a voucher please give the code on your voucher to the course provider at the point of booking, or once a firm date has been agreed. Once the code has been given, your voucher is effectively ‘spent’.
Vouchers must be kept safely and securely.inkscroll will take no responsibility for any loss you may incur as a result of theft, impersonation or identity fraud. We do reserve the right to cancel vouchers that we deem to have been obtained fraudulently.
Refunds can only be made on unused and un-verified vouchers bought direct frominkscroll within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are always made to the person who purchased the voucher and credited to the same payment method that the purchase was originally made.
Once you have confirmed your booking date with a provider you are bound by their terms and conditions regarding cancellations or changes.
If you need to change a date after booking, you may be able to agree a new one at the discretion of the course provider. Providers are generally happy to take on reasonable requests if at all possible.
Sometimes the provider may need to cancel the course at short notice for reasons beyond their control, such as adverse weather conditions, illness or mechanical breakdowns. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you contact the provider on the day before the course to check. We regret that in the event of cancellation, inkscroll is unable to reimburse travel, accommodation or any other expenses you may incur in relation to the cancelled course.
Certain courses are subject to certain requirements specified by our providers, such as age, health or accessibility. For example it is not advised to carry out any lead work whilst pregnant. Details of each course are available online but please check carefully on making the booking that you comply with the requirements.
The information provided byinkscroll about each course is available on our website and updated regularly by Course Providers. All prices quoted are subject to change.
All courses are offered subject to availability as indicated by the Course Providers.
Your feedback on the vouchers is welcomed, so please bring any comments or issues to our attention as soon as possible, so that we have a chance to put matters right. If your issue is with the course or Course Provider (rather than the voucher process) please take this up with the Course Provider on the day, as course content and structure is beyond our control.
