Frequently Asked Questions
How do you bill us?
We bill your organisation via invoice. For new Customers, your first month subscription is free. Subsquent months will be invoiced monthly in advance unless you prefer to pay for an annual subscription upfront.
Can I cancel my inkscroll Business subscription anytime?
Yes, you can. Cancelling means that your subscription will not auto renew so you will still be able to access to your Business plan until its expiry date.
Do you do discounts?
Yes, we currently offer three discounts; 30-day free trial for everyone. 10% discount off annual subscriptions for all organisations, or if you are a registered charity, a 30% discount.
What's the catch with the discounts?
We can only discount one account. If you've been paying for inkscroll, we can't refund or discount payments made before your discount started. We reserve the right to end the discount program due to chronic abuse of the free accounts or other circumstances. If we do, anyone who is already participating will continue to have their discounts applied. We just won't offer up new free or discounted accounts.
