About the role
As a Dynamics NAV/Business Central Project Manager , you will lead the end-to-end delivery of NAV and Business Central projects, ensuring quality outcomes and satisfied clients. This role is ideal for a highly organised, proactive professional with a minimum of two years’ experience in Dynamics NAV or Business Central, coupled with a strong foundation in project management.

You’ll be responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing project lifecycles, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication. With a focus on collaboration, you’ll work closely with consultants, developers, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, secure customer approval, and oversee each stage of implementation.

Deliverable Management : Organise and facilitate acceptance and sign-off for key deliverables.

Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks, developing contingency plans as needed. Resolve project issues or escalate them to the Project Board where necessary.

Resource Allocation : Identify and secure required resources to deliver project objectives efficiently.

Stakeholder Communication : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Leadership : Guide and support a team of consultants and developers, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Budget & Quality Control: Monitor budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure all project constraints are met.

What will you bring?

A minimum of two years’ exposure to Dynamics NAV or Business Central and expertise in Project Management.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with a proven ability to guide diverse project teams.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively.

Experience leading projects of varying sizes and complexities, including at least two Dynamics NAV upgrade projects.

Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.

Exceptional ability to build relationships, work collaboratively, and articulate complex project issues.

Strong organisational skills with a focus on punctuality and meeting deadlines.
