As a Machine Learning Engineer at Holo AI Lab, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models, with a focus on advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI systems.

This position offers the creativity and agility of an early-stage and it is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in machine learning system development, a strong background in programming and model deployment and a passion for creating impactful and scalable AI solutions to help shaping future of society-driven AI-Human interactions.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures with vector databases.
• Develop autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems.
• Create and optimize classification models.
• Deploy machine learning models to production environments.
• Maintain and monitor ML pipelines and systems to ensure scalability and efficiency.

Technical Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an ML Engineer.
• Proficiency in Python (advanced).
• Experience with frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with LangChain , LlamaIndex or CrewAI
• Hands-on experience with vector databases like Pinecone or Weaviate.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for deployment.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Strong understanding of SQL and database management.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

ML/AI Skills:

• Expertise in Large Language Models and embeddings.
• In-depth knowledge of RAG system architecture.
• Experience with Agent frameworks.
• Strong grasp of classification algorithms.
• Competence in model deployment and monitoring.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices.

Bonus Skills:

• Knowledge of FastAPI or Flask for building APIs.
• Familiarity with the Hugging Face ecosystem.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployment.

Compensation:

• Salary Range (UK): £50000-£55000
• Equity/bonuses offered based on experience and contributions.
