- Familiarity with CRM softwares and sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and report on sales activities
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and demonstrate the product effectively
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales KPI’s. Take ownership of your target & never settle for mediocracy
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle objections and overcome challenges
- Ability to control a 360 sales cycle if required
- Able to pitch & demonstrate a value based business proposition through a consultative sales methodology
What the job involves
- Nurture relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and pain points, and presenting tailored solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features, functionalities, and benefits of the SaaS product to potential clients
- Identify and prospect new clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media
- Negotiate contracts and pricing, aiming to secure profitable and long-term client agreements
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and proposals
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated experience in generating meetings, conducting product demos, and closing deals
- Ability to receive constructive feedback with an internal motivation to consistently improve
