What You’ll Be Doing

As an ADHD Assessor, you will play a pivotal role in the assessment process for clients seeking ADHD diagnosis and support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive ADHD assessments through interviews, questionnaires, and diagnostic tools.
• Developing individualized assessment reports and recommendations for treatment plans based on your findings.
• Collaborating with other members of the clinical team to ensure a seamless assessment experience for clients.
• Providing expert guidance and support to clients throughout the assessment journey, ensuring they feel understood and valued.
• Staying current with ADHD research and best practices, integrating this knowledge into your assessments and client interactions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Relevant clinical qualification (e.g., Psychology, Psychiatry, Nursing) with experience in ADHD assessment.
• Strong understanding of ADHD and associated mental health issues, alongside relevant diagnostic tools and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and provide empathetic support.
• A collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple assessments efficiently within a remote working environment.
• Strong report writing skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to embrace the evolving nature of the service.

Additional Information

• The role will require you to be able to work in a quiet, well lit space with good internet access allowing you to conduct confidential 1:1 appointments and assessments in a professional manner.
• Full training around assessment provided.
• Compensation: £67.50 per clinic held (estimated 60-90 minutes)
• Location: Remote (hours of work are flexible within the UK time zone)
• You will need to be able to work as a contractor under your own Limited company which we can support you to set up.
• We will provide you with a laptop.
