Job Title: Barista

Reporting to: Retail and Leisure Manager

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

We are a bustling Cafe and Take Away outlet committed to delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our community.

Our team is passionate about crafting delicious coffee, food whilst providing exceptional customer service.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte and speciality drinks according to company recipe and standards.
• Proficient in Latte art an advantage.
• Providing a warm, friendly customer service, taking orders, answering questions and making recommendations where appropriate.
• Calibrate Coffee machine in the morning ensuring it is set up throughout the day.
• Operate coffee machine, grinders, teas; ensuring consistency in every cup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of cafe at all times.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times, including proper storage and date labelling.
• Assist with inventory management, including re stocking, counting stock, monitoring product levels and placing orders when needed.
• Always customer and solution focussed.

• Exceptional Customer service
• Barista experience required

• Hourly Wage up to £13.50 per hour dependent on age and experience
