Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
• Assist in meal preparation, ensuring high-quality dishes are served promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
• Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations
• Help with inventory management and stock rotation
• Support the Head Chef in creating innovative dishes

Experience:

• Prior experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and meal preparation
• Familiarity with food safety practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
