We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager’s to oversee operations, maintenance, and electrical projects in the renewable energy sector. This position involves managing high and low voltage installations, maintaining renewable energy assets, and ensuring the optimal performance of energy systems. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage renewable energy assets through dedicated online portals.
• Conduct site inspections and provide actionable feedback to improve operations.
• Prepare detailed client reports based on engineer inspections and site data analysis.
• Oversee high and low voltage installations and maintenance tasks across various sites.
• Identify, record, and address system faults with a solutions-focused mindset.
• Liaise with clients, landowners, engineers, and external stakeholders to coordinate projects effectively.
• Manage projects from fault identification to resolution, ensuring timely and efficient rectification.
• Design and review electrical systems and collaborate with subcontracted designers where necessary.
• Provide weekend or on-call support on a rota basis as needed.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience (1-5 years) working within the renewable energy sector, specifically in solar PV or wind projects.
• Proficiency in electrical systems design and familiarity with BS7671 standards.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• A methodical, process-driven approach to work.
• Flexibility for travel and on-site work, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license.

Desired Skills:

• Relevant certifications such as City and Guilds 2391, Level 3 Technical and Vocational Qualification, or equivalent.
• High Voltage (HV) experience and certifications (e.g., HV Authorised Person or Switching Course).
• CAD experience for system design and analysis.
• Familiarity with communications setup and configuration in renewable energy systems.
• Proficiency in creating and analysing performance data to optimize operations.
