Krantz Designs are an award-winning manufacturer of high end bespoke kitchens, cabinetry and interior design with projects spanning the entirety of the UK and more recently internationally.

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team and workplace. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and successfully completing various projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include breaking down projects into manageable tasks, coordinating with internal teams and clients, tracking project progress, and addressing any potential issues that may arise.

Requirements

  • Project management background within the cabinet making / interior design industry .
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and the coordination required with other trades .
  • Due to the nature of our designs, you MUST have a knowledge and understanding of CAD software.
  • Ability to develop, manage and implement agreed strategy.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • A valid UK driving licence - you will have access to our fleet to ensure you can attend site visits.

Responsibilities

Our Project Manager will be able to assist our designers with a varied project support and serve as the pivotal link between the design team, the manufacturing team and our private clients.

As a Project Manager, you would also be responsible for:

  • Collaborate with directors and the design team to identify project requirements, delivery timelines and costs.
  • Identify and assign project tasks, overseeing day-to-day project management.
  • Speaking to clients to ensure their bespoke requirements are accurately translated into the final product.
  • Serving as the liaison between different departments and contractors.
  • Creating detailed plans and outlining tasks, timelines, and resources required.
  • Conducting client meetings and consultations.
  • Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures.
