Overview:
Duties:

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and quality standards

Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance

Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards

Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and specials
-
Maintain inventory of food supplies and place orders as needed
-
Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
-
Train new kitchen staff members on cooking techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation guidelines

Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and utensils
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef or similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting

Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends

Excellent cooking skills with the ability to create flavorful dishes

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team

Knowledge of kitchen operations, including food storage, handling, and sanitation practices

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
-
Excellent communication skills
