We are currently seeking an exceptional Quality professional to join us as a Supplier Quality Lead in the Derby area.

As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, our Customers are at the heart of our business.

As a Supplier Quality Lead you will engage, coach and lead suppliers to deliver effective Zero Defects and Quality Improvement Plans ensuring they have all the relevant prevention skills required and deployed.

About You

You will be a self motivated and focused individual with the ability to engage with and lead a variety of suppliers to the journey of compliance.

You will have strong, demonstrable experience of working in a similar role in either an aerospace or automotive environment.

You will excel at forging strong relationships with external stakeholders, maintaining a positive approach whilst doing so but also possess the relevant, technical knowledge around preventative measures, supplier improvement plans and Zero Defects processes.

You will hold a valid UK driving license and be willing to travel regularly to supplier locations in your allocated region.

• Starting salary between £47,000 to 58,000 dependent on experience, plus a company car.
