Job Summary
As a direct result of our ongoing success as Central Beds and North Herts leading Estate Agent we now need to add further resources to our team and have the following new vacancy :-
Full Time Senior Consultant - Biggleswade, Baldock, Ashwell & Royston Branches
Primarily based in Royston the successful candidate will have estate agency experience as a valuer and ideally would be NAEA qualified. They will be hungry for this challenging but exciting and financially rewarding role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential together with a smart appearance. Competent IT skills and ability to thrive in a busy team environment are also key requirements. Candidates must have a full driving license and their own car. Basic salary to be discussed on application and On Target Earnings of £45,000 to £50 000 p.a. for the ideal candidate.
Experience
- Proven experience in an estate agency valuer/negotiator role required, demonstrating a proven track record.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated organisational skills, with the capability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Full UK Driving Licence
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
