About Growth Kitchen
Growth Kitchen is on a mission to make eating great food the norm. Our platform enables kitchen operators to sell well-known restaurant brands, such as The Athenian, from their existing kitchens.
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) , you’ll be the driving force behind building our network of kitchen operators by generating and qualifying leads. Based in London, this role offers you the opportunity to engage with some of the UK’s most exciting restauranteurs and entrepreneurs, helping them boost their revenues and profits.
Although we’ve raised significant investments and are a profitable business, we’re still a young and nimble team. This is not your average tech sales role! You’ll work closely with Account Executives, contributing directly to the sales cycle while building the foundation for a successful career in sales. What You Will Be Doing 🍔
- Prospect and qualify leads: Generate business opportunities by researching, emailing, calling, and engaging with restaurant owners and operators in and out of London.
- Outreach: Build and manage outbound campaigns using tools like HubSpot to drive engagement in your assigned region.
- Set appointments: Book qualified meetings for Account Executives by effectively communicating our concept and value proposition.
- Collaborate: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless handovers of qualified leads and a smooth sales process.
- Pipeline management: Keep meticulous records of your progress and activities in HubSpot to provide visibility into your performance.
- Learn and grow: Gain deep insights into the sales cycle and refine your skills with hands-on training and mentorship.
Requirements
- Education: Recently graduated (2022-2024) from a top-tier university.
- Experience: Previous work experience through placements, internships, or part-time jobs, ideally in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Start-up spirit: A desire to work in dynamic startups, handle curve balls, and build a long-term career in sales.
- Passion: Genuine interest in the food sector and technology.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Drive: Highly motivated, with a hunger to learn and achieve targets.
