At enara, we are a new social commerce platform that helps up and coming brands sell products through influencers, all integrated within social content across all social media platforms. We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who thrives at the intersection of data-driven marketing and creator collaboration. In this role, you’ll work closely with creators to develop strategies that maximise shop performance, drive sales, and promote their shops effectively. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your marketing expertise with the creator economy to deliver measurable results.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop, manage, and optimise multi-channel paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, etc.) to drive sales for creator shops and achieve performance KPIs.
  • Collaborate with creators team to design campaigns that align with their audience and brand, ensuring impactful promotions.
  • Analyse shop performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and share actionable insights with creators.
  • Work closely with creators team to craft compelling ad creatives, promotional strategies, and shop campaigns that resonate with their audience.
  • Monitor ROI, track budgets, and allocate resources efficiently across campaigns to maximise impact.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing, e-commerce, and the creator economy, integrating these insights into strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to optimise conversion rates.
  • Provide training and guidance to creators on best practices for promoting their shops and leveraging their audience effectively.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within e-commerce, or creator-focused businesses.
  • Proven track record of running successful paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, campaign management platforms, and data visualisation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with creators.
  • A creative thinker who understands audience engagement and can tailor strategies to fit diverse creator profiles.
  • Passionate about the creator economy and its transformative potential.
