Role Overview
As a Senior Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our research team. This hands-on position requires a skilled professional capable of managing multiple searches simultaneously, ensuring high-quality delivery, and contributing to the company’s growth. You will focus primarily on Tech search, engaging in full-cycle research processes, from strategy development to final delivery.
Requirements
Research and Delivery
- Independently manage and execute multiple research projects (peak workload up to 7 searches at a time).
- Conduct detailed market research and C-level candidate mapping within Technology & Change.
- Deliver high-quality outcomes across end-to-end research processes.
Sales Enablement
- Support thought leadership initiatives by creating engaging content and insights.
- Build brand awareness through innovative strategies and marketing materials.
- Develop sales collateral, pitchbooks, and executive tools to enhance client and candidate engagement.
- Assist with presentations for executive consultants.
Lead Generation
- Proactively identify and generate leads to support business growth.
- Explore opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within the client base.
