The Details :

• Location : Warmley, Bristol
• Hours : Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Salary : £28-£30k (DOE)

What You’ll Do :

• Be the frontline for calls, emails, and aftersales queries, delivering exceptional customer care.
• Process orders with precision, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Meet service response times (2-4 hours) while building lasting client relationships.
• Support the sales team with quotes and help manage sample inventories.
• Keep customers happy by solving problems, managing expectations, and using your initiative.

Requirements

• Experience : Customer service experience in a similar role (knowledge of the specification market or OrderWise a bonus!).
• Personality : Outgoing, detail-driven, and relationship-focused.
