Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and creative Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for floral design and a strong ability to communicate with customers to understand their needs. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the overall appearance of the shop. This is a very busy location, thus it is very important to have the ability to make bouquets at a fast pace.

Duties

• Design and create floral arrangements for weddings, events, and daily sales.
• Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that meet their needs.
• Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies; ensure freshness and quality.
• Communicate effectively with customers to provide recommendations and advice on floral care.
• Organise the shop layout to create an inviting atmosphere for customers.
• Handle sales transactions and manage customer orders efficiently.
• Stay updated on current floral trends and techniques to enhance design skills.

Job Type: Full-time

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Floristry: 3 years (required)
