Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team in a bustling resort, with 4 hotels, 18 lodges and a conference centre. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and be adept at preparing delicious dishes with the drive to develop and grow.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with standard recipes
- Assist in all areas of food preparation as needed
- Ensure food safety standards are met throughout the cooking process
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations
- Contribute to the creation of new dishes and menu items
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a similar role in a restaurant environment
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques and culinary skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
