Vacancy 1. Director

  • A-CLASS: Qualified (already trained with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (UK Diploma of Business Management & Sales or equivalent experience in education, business, or a related field), had a previous successful experience and ready to carry out plans right now),
  • B-CLASS: Unqualified (without the UK Diploma of Business Management & Sales, but with a desire to take an additional paid training course).

The employee is certified and admitted to work on the basis of passing the Director’s training course No. 1 (the tuition is paid by the candidate him/herself or the company at his choice or request. The cost of each course is 3,000 GBP.

In case the candidate for Director requests the company to cover the cost of his/her training, the candidate undertakes to work for at least three years, fulfilling the plans, or, in case of early dismissal without a valid reason (pregnancy, incurable disease, force majeure), the candidate undertakes to return the cost of training that the company paid for him/her to obtain professional knowledge & skills). The head of the school has an annual 11-month contract plan (from August 15 to July 15 of each year) and a month of unpaid leave. Also, as a bonus and incentive, the company can fully pay for the Director’s business trips to planned academic events and business forums (flight, accommodation, meals).

Full-Time Activities by Self-Employed Contract - not less than 40 hours/week.
Branch Director of a Business School for Children

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Branch Director to lead the operations of our children’s business school in Glasgow and London. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the education and personal development of young learners by managing and growing a thriving academic programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Student Enrollment:
  • Proactively seek and attract new clients (students and their families).
  • CRM & Sales management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote the school’s services.
  • Ensure smooth registration processes for students enrolling in our programmes.
  • Academic Engagement:
  • Work closely with students and their parents to facilitate participation in all aspects of the academic curriculum.
  • Ensure students remain engaged and motivated throughout their learning journey.
  • Address concerns or queries from parents and students promptly and professionally.
  • Operational Management:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Meet performance targets aligned with business goals and maintain strong client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience and Skills:
  • Proven experience in client acquisition, customer relationship management, or sales.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, parents, and staff.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in education, business, marketing or a related field.
