Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our client’s team at Canterbury in the fruit industry. As the Quality Manager in this business, you will be responsible for ensuring that their products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations. You will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the quality management system.

Duties:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
• Analyze data and trends to identify potential quality issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions
• Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quality Manager
• Familiarity with HACCP principles and food safety regulations
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns
• Previous experience working with Fruits
• Strong communication and leadership abilities

Note: This is a full-time position based in Canterbury.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £36,000.00-£41,000.00 per year
