The role:

Join a fast-growing, seed-stage company on a mission to revolutionize design collaboration. At Atarim, it’s GO TIME , and we’re looking for a driven, strategic thinker who can take ownership of our operations and who can get its hands dirty as we scale from 26 to 40-45 team members by the end of 2025.

This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the founders, stepping into a foundational role that will shape the company’s future. As a Lead Operations, you will lay the groundwork for scalable processes, foster a high-performing culture, and align operations with Atarim’s ambitious growth goals.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, combines big-picture thinking with tactical execution. Your responsibilities:

Operations Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth business functions.
  • Identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.
  • Monitoring operational performance and making necessary adjustments.
  • Overseeing the maintenance and upgrades of IT systems.
  • Planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and budgets.

Payroll:

  • Assisting in budget planning and monitoring expenses.
  • Analyzing financial data to support decision-making.
  • Administering payroll and benefits programs.
  • Reviewing compensation structures to ensure competitiveness and fairness.

HR Responsibilities:

  • Developing job descriptions and posting openings.
  • Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.
  • Facilitating new employee onboarding programs.
  • Identifying training needs and organizing professional development initiatives.
  • Ensuring performance evaluations are conducted by line managers.
  • Assisting in developing performance improvement plans if necessary.
  • Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
  • Promoting a positive workplace culture and ensuring employee satisfaction via employee surveys.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining employee records and HR databases.
  • Generating reports, and developing and analyzing HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Own company employer brand and create initiatives to promote Atarim as a great place to work.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven experience in operations, strategy, or project management roles, ideally within a startup, SaaS, or scaling organization.
  • People-Centric: A natural team builder who can attract, onboard, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Process-Driven: Demonstrated success in designing and implementing scalable systems and workflows that improve efficiency.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience with budget planning, resource allocation, and leveraging data to guide decision-making.
  • Data-Driven: Skilled at using metrics and analytics to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of working cross-functionally and fostering collaboration between teams and leadership.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading change in a dynamic, fast-growth environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with tools like Jira, Slack, G Suite, and other SaaS platforms that support operations and scaling.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience leading operational improvements in a remote-first or distributed team environment.
  • Knowledge of global labour laws and compliance best practices.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD)
  • Expertise in change management or introducing new technologies to streamline operations.
