The Retailer Marketing Manager is r esponsible for ensuring regional retail partners have everything they require to deliver unit sales expectations, customer satisfaction and ongoing customer advocacy. The role also has the responsibility to ensure, with the regional team, that all de-centralized retailer activity in compliant to central brand communications standards and strategies.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to:

  • Managing the agencies which are creating the retailer assets, ensuring the meet the brief and monitoring the budget.
  • Ensuring that all retailer asset needs are incorporated in central campaign / asset creation activities. Including special formats with space for retailer information, provision of local specific legal information, monthly payment advertising, localised social media content, etc.
  • Not restricted to new car sales alone, but must also include used car, accessories marketing, seasonal, aftersales marketing, and events.)
  • Scoping, selecting and delivering the retailer marketing platform
  • Maintaining the retailer marketing platform
  • Co-creating retailer guidelines and standards with the regional teams and S&D team
  • Supply and centrally manage compliance via the regional marketing and DB teams
  • Support to share global behavioural excellence

What we are looking for:

  • Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, communications or relevant
  • 8-10 years of experience in Marketing, in Automotive industry preferred
  • Global remit advantageous
  • Previous experience of agency management is essential
  • Experience in automotive retail is preferred
  • Must have previously delivered online portals
  • Excellent communication skills as acting as single point of contact for all regional heads
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Comfortable with matrix organisations
