Job Role: Support Engineers
Duration: 6+ Months contract with Inside IR35
Location: London, UK
Working Mode: Onsite
• Support engineers (including floor walking) Engineer with Win11 Complex Business areas within CIB (Global Markets, Research & Banking)- Azure VDI- Trader VDI
• Installation of Kiosk devices (Connecting all the peripherals, Keyboard, Mice, Webcam, Uplink cable, Hub, Jabra)
• Display setting using dell display manager
• Fixing Citrix related issues
• Fixing Bloomberg issues. L1 issues only
• Fixing hardware issues
• Fixing Team outlook issues
• Fixing adding issues with excel. L1 issues only
• Helping them regarding the telephony issues. L1 issues only
• Desktop and Laptop Support for W10, W11 and M365
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Trading Applications such as:
• Bloomberg, Bloomberg add-ins for Office
