Quality Engineer
Our client a leading engineer company based just outside Dungannon is recruiting a Quality Engineer to join their team - the role will involve working alongside senior management to help ensure all parts produced are per customer requirements.
The Role:
- Responsible for maintaining the quality of raw materials in and finished product through continuous improvement of operational processes, systems and standards.
- Liaise closely with current and future suppliers, quickly identifying and resolving any quality issues through swift interaction, including supplier site audits.
- Investigate and resolve all customer quality complaints.
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System
- Provide management with monthly quality data always ensuring ISO 9001 compliance.
Essential Criteria:
- A minimum of 3 years’ Quality experience within a fast-paced engineering environment
- Hold a relevant Engineering qualification (Minimum HND) or have significant demonstrable practical experience.
- Experience carrying out quality inspection and keeping Quality Management Systems up to date
- Excellent communication skills bot verbal and written.
- Strong IT skills, in particular Excel.
