Job Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will work in a small team and report to the Manager. Your responsibilities will be to:

• Gather and document business requirements from clients.
• Convert the clients business requirements into technical requirements to be implemented by the software development team.
• Build your technical and communication skills so that you can mentor and teach others, talk with our customers, and report to stakeholders
• Be involved in the testing process.
• Strong Business Analyst experience
• Engaging stakeholders during the discovery phase to gather and document requirements for new projects and changes to existing IT systems.
• Strong skills in problem analysis, system design, troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Proficiency in project planning, estimation, requirements gathering, and business case writing.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven experience in delivering comprehensive Infrastructure, Networking, or IT Security projects.
• Expertise in requirements gathering.
• Capability to convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders with diverse levels of technical knowledge.
• Developing documentation for bespoke applications.
• Clearly defining business requirements and process flows for various programs.
• Preparing detailed business analysis documentation.
• Facilitating communication between business stakeholders, development team members, third parties, clients, and others to ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions.
• Adapting communication styles to suit different audiences.
• Adhering to and upholding company policies and procedures.

Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
