Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Life Assurance and Protection Consultant to develop new business opportunities with both corporate and private clients, whilst servicing an existing client portfolio. The role involves providing expert advice, delivering personalised solutions, and supporting Kestrel Insurance’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new Life Assurance clients through networking, referrals and targeted strategies
• Build and maintain long term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their life assurance needs are met.
• Provide tailored advice on life assurance products aligned with the clients financial goals
• Stay updated on market trends, products and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director and team members to meet business objectives and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, and business development progress
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Assist in sales administration tasks and ensure compliance with insurance regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in life assurance sales, financial services, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of life assurance and protection products and compliance standards
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Results driven with a proactive and client - focused approach
• Relevant qualifications ( eg. Cert CII) are advantageous
• Full Drivers Licence required
