The role
At Ragged Edge, Strategists create the foundations of each project. They understand where a brand needs to go and make leaps from the status quo through bravery of thinking.
You’ll love big challenges, hard problems and working alongside like-minded people who exaggerate ideas.
We’re looking for people who have the ability and desire to make these leaps in thinking by leaning into difference. To hypothesise about how to get from the present to the future in a way that is rational but not predictable. And make engaging and convincing arguments for change, involving both clients and colleagues in the strategic answer.
You’ll not only deliver hands-on strategic solutions, collaborating with the wider team, but also play a key part in shaping our offer, refining our frameworks, driving new business opportunities, and building a talented team that pushes boundaries and helps grow our business.
You’ll already be fluent in the craft of analysing market dynamics, understanding social and cultural context, finding human insight, reading companies and structuring offers.
We want people who believe great ideas transcend a brand’s identity. So you might also have experience in comms, brand activation, EVP, social or digital.

You’re diligent, positive, and creative. Keen to use a wide frame of reference to generate and strengthen ideas.
Like most strategists, your interests and influences go beyond the world of branding and advertising.
