Due to Expansion, we have the following vacancy available.

Finance Assistant at our Head Office in Burgess Hill.

The successful applicant will have a positive and flexible attitude in general office duties, with the following key responsibilities:

• Assisting with Purchase Ledger
• Dealing with Finance enquires.
• Assisting with reconciliation.
• Generate reports on invoicing activities.
• Assisting with returns.
• Taking phone calls and dealing with suppliers and branch queries.
• Other various office duties, as & where needed.
• Quick learner.
• Proficient in Excel

Salary is subject to experience.

Full-time position, Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm with a half hour lunch break.

20 days Annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays per annum prorata

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
