Job Summary
Kitchen Glora is a fast-growing eCommerce brand specializing in kitchenware and home essentials. We sell across TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, and eBay , leveraging cutting-edge marketing strategies to drive sales and build an engaged customer base.
We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Marketing Manager who is eager to take on new challenges and drive the brand’s growth. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a passion for digital marketing, and a hands-on approach to execution.
Responsibilities :
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Amazon, and Google Ads to maximize ROI.
- Continuously seek new opportunities for growth and propose innovative marketing strategies.
Performance & Growth Optimization
- Optimize SEO and content strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
- Run email marketing campaigns to engage customers and increase conversions.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and other data tools.
- Identify market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to keep the brand ahead.
Social Media & Content Marketing
- Oversee daily content production for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
- Develop and execute viral content strategies that align with trends and consumer behavior.
- Build an engaged community around the brand through interactive and value-driven content.
Influencer & Affiliate Marketing
- Manage and expand influencer and affiliate partnerships to drive organic sales.
- Identify and recruit high-performing content creators to promote the brand.
- Monitor and optimize affiliate performance , implementing incentive structures to increase revenue.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and manage a small but high-impact marketing team , providing direction and motivation.
- Collaborate with the eCommerce team to optimize product listings and drive multi-channel growth.
- Work closely with designers, content creators, and external agencies to execute campaigns effectively.
- Proactively seek additional responsibilities and contribute ideas for business expansion.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a marketing leadership role (preferably in eCommerce or DTC brands).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Hands-on experience running paid ads across TikTok, Instagram, Google, and Amazon PPC.
- Proficiency in SEO, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Excellent multitasking and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
