Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a results-oriented digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
  • Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Plan and manage a dynamic content calendar, aligning campaigns with trends, seasonal moments, and key business goals.
  • Create high-performing digital content , including video, imagery, blogs, and ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Lead influencer marketing and brand collaborations , managing partnerships to maximise reach and credibility.
  • Optimise digital ad spend across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and emerging platforms to ensure a high return on investment.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics , using insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, algorithm changes, and new technologies to ensure our marketing efforts remain competitive.
  • Enhance email marketing strategies , including automation, segmentation, and A/B testing to improve customer retention and sales.
  • Manage and mentor marketing team members, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and performance.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, growth strategies, and campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and content marketing best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other marketing tools.
  • Expertise in influencer partnerships, community building, and online brand management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
  • Excellent communication skills with a knack for compelling storytelling and brand positioning.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • A creative thinker who is always ahead of digital marketing trends and can bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
  • A portfolio showcasing successful marketing campaigns, content strategies, or digital projects is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £28,500.00 per year
