KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and align team resources through the duration of client engagements. Work closely with technical resources to build project plans, and ensure the plan aligns with statement of work.
• Understand the interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
• Actively manage project scope, schedule and budget.
• Proactively build relationships with external clients. Communicate status of project to external client in a timely and clear manner through completion. Serve as communication hub for duration of the project, keeping all stakeholders apprised of project progress.
• Collaborate with project team(s) during all phases of a project, from pre-kickoff to hyper care support.
• Be accountable for the quality of delivered solution, including documentation, ensuring line-of-sight to requirements, client expectation management, etc.
• Lead all external and internal reporting activities, including weekly status reports and program management reports
• Operate as the primary escalation point for external stakeholders and internal team members
• Become intimately familiar with BDA’s engagement methodology, service offerings, and framework as well as the partner solution offerings.
• Remain compliant with company policies, processes, and legal guidelines
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in such fields as (but not limited to) Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager, with a strong background in managing software implementations, preferably OneStream or similar CPM solutions.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to successful completion.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of corporate performance management, financial consolidation, and reporting processes.
• Consulting experience is a plus
• Possession of professional certifications such as Certification in Project Management (CAPM), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Project Management Professional (PMP), demonstrating expertise in project management methodologies and practices.

Pay: From £80,000.00 per year
