This is a hybrid role based in our new Soho Place office – opened in 2023 - in the heart of Central London and home to our Research Lab.

The role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Functions, you will be solely responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing top talent across our People, Legal, Finance, Enterprise Business Services, Insights & Delivery and Risk functions.

You’ll work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to drive hiring initiatives and programs of work that aim to continuously improve our talent acquisition approach.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identifying, engaging and securing top talent from a range of different backgrounds and industries.
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships, providing and receiving feedback on our talent acquisition approach, and implementing best practices.
  • Creating exceptional candidate experiences across all touch-points from engagement through to on-boarding.
  • Collaborating with HRBPs and leadership to execute on hiring plans that are aligned to short and long-term business strategy.
  • Enhancing our employee value proposition and refining our go-to-market strategy by collaborating closely with both the business and the wider People team.
  • Generating valuable market and talent intelligence reports, including compensation and benefits, market maps and competitor insights.
  • In partnership with the People team and leadership, designing and deploying a talent mobility framework with a focus on making opportunities visible and improving career development options.
  • Driving referrals programs.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally for corporate roles.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • An organised, adaptable, and proactive approach to talent acquisition.
  • A passion for delivering a best-in-class candidate experience and continuously improving hiring strategies.
  • Expertise in market mapping and creating talent intelligence reports.
  • The ability to document and present updates with clarity, precision and flair.
  • Ideally some experience in employer branding and/or internal mobility initiatives.
