We are a small independent group of food led pubs offering fresh, local, seasonal dishes with a team ethos and a real passion for being great at what we do while supporting individuals to progress with us along the way.
As part of our energetic kitchen team, you will be instrumental in delivering great food at one of our popular destination country inns in West Dorset, all within driving distance of Dorchester, Weymouth and Bridport.
You will be expected to run the kitchen on a daily basis with the support of the executive chef, as well as instinctively taking responsibility in their absence. Your creativity, enthusiasm and passion will be inspiring to the rest of the team.
