We are recruiting for an experienced Chef De Partie or commis chef looking for the next career progression, or maybe you are a Junior Sous chef already. You will work closely with the head chef. and senior Sous Chef along with another junior sous chef and you will have a proven track record in excellent quality kitchens, be a team player, willing to learn from an excellent team . We can offer live in temporarily should you be relocating to the Lincolnshire area. We are also opening another restaurant we are having built towards the middle of this year.

The Hotel is very busy with a mixture of the dining room, bar snacks, weddings, wakes and corporate events plus al fresco dining for 70 in the summer and dinner/ music events held throughout the year.
