We are currently looking for an Assistant Kitchen Manager at Tencreek Holiday Park to join us on a full time basis. The Holiday Park has a high volume of food production, fast service with attention to food quality and presentation.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Kitchen Manager in delivering budgeted income figures whilst maintaining margin
• Assist to monitor stock levels.
• Help meet the standards of cooking, presentation and service required
• Maintain portion control
• Assist in completion of the food diary - cleaning schedules, health & safety, food hygiene etc

A successful Person will have:

• Previous experience working within a high volume kitchen

Job Duties:

• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
• Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards

Pay: £25,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
