A leading London-based real estate consultancy is currently on the lookout for an Associate Director with 5+ years’ industry experience to join their ESG & Sustainability team as they are now on a drive to expand this side of the business due to continuous project winning and business growth. As property sector specialists, they work with developers, investors and occupiers in the private and public sector and acknowledge the importance of integrating ESG to achieve a positive impart on the environment and society.

You will bring technical knowledge within the property sector and have experience managing a team to reach Sustainability & ESG targets, involving ESG governance, communication and integration in transactions, whilst displaying passion for sustainability in real estate. Communication with existing clients and investors whilst building new relationships to develop new business opportunities will be expected.

Ideally, you’d have experience working with a commercial mindset on:

• Strategy Development

• Project Delivery

• ESG Communication and Governance

• Managing Client Relationships
