Lead our ambitious team to:

• Maintain CQC Outstanding care standards while driving service expansion
• Identify and develop new growth opportunities
• Build and empower high-performing care teams
• Implement strategic initiatives to scale operations
• Ensure excellent care delivery across a growing client base

Qualifications

What You’ll Need

• Level 5 in Health & Social Care Leadership
• CQC Registered Manager experience
• Proven ability to grow care services while maintaining quality
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Commercial awareness and business acumen
• Valid UK driving license
