About the Role
We’re looking for an Ecommerce UI/UX Designer to take our website designs to the next level. Initially, you will be focusing on Hygge Pergola , and as the role evolves, you’ll work across four premium brands. You will have the creative freedom to redesign user experiences across mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms. The goal is clear: create an exceptional, standout website that sets the bar for the industry.

Key Responsibilities1. UI/UX Design & Brand Identity
- Design mockups in Figma for webpages, product pages, and interactive features.
- Develop a bold, minimalist brand identity that resonates with our luxury positioning.
- Build and maintain a brand style guide to ensure design consistency across platforms.
- Ensure mobile, tablet, and desktop experiences are flawlessly executed.
2. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Performance
- Use heatmaps, A/B testing, and session tracking tools to continuously improve website flow.
- Design and optimize high-converting landing pages and call-to-actions.
- Track and enhance engagement metrics such as bounce rate, time on page, and funnel conversion.
- Optimize website page speed and Core Web Vitals for a seamless user experience.
3. Research & Data-Driven Design
- Conduct user research to uncover insights and design pain points.
- Use A/B testing tools (Google Optimize, VWO, etc.) to validate design decisions.
- Analyze e-commerce KPIs to iterate and refine the user experience based on real data.
4. Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution of designs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-converting campaign pages.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and provide weekly progress reports to the CMO.
Daily Tasks & Routine
- Analyze heatmap data, A/B test results , and website analytics to identify areas of improvement.
- Design wireframes, high-fidelity designs , and test iterations in Figma.
- Optimize user flows and interaction elements to increase conversion rates.
- Regularly sync with developers to ensure design changes are implemented accurately.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends , tools, and strategies in e-commerce.
- Attend daily check-ins with the marketing and development teams to ensure alignment.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for e-commerce websites.
- Creative mindset with the ability to build a luxury brand presence through design.
- Proficiency in Figma , Photoshop, Illustrator, and other industry-standard tools.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and the user journey.
- Experience working with heatmaps, A/B testing, and session tracking tools.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to make data-driven design decisions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the freedom to take risks and experiment.

Hiring Process
We believe that skills speak louder than resumes. As part of our hiring process, we ask all candidates to complete a short design challenge. You’ll be given a section of one of our webpages and asked to reimagine and redesign it. The best design will demonstrate your creative approach, design thinking, and ability to align with our luxury minimalist brand.
This is a great chance to showcase your design skills in action, so we can see firsthand how you approach problem-solving and deliver impactful, high-converting designs.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- Increase conversion rate (CVR) across all websites.
- Improve engagement metrics (bounce rate, time on page, funnel conversion).
- Achieve faster page load times and optimized Core Web Vitals.
- Maintain alignment with the marketing strategy to enhance customer experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
