The Account Executive position will take a supportive account role, providing among other duties, admin support to the Key Account Manager and Account Manager. Account Executives will use their communication skills to identify and address clients’ needs while representing the company in a positive way.
Account Executives will contribute to building profitable, long-term relationships with Intelli-Park clients to reach the business objectives.
Hours:
This role is based at Intelli-Park’s head office however there will be a requirement for client visits so a reasonable time out of the office is expected. We operate a hybrid flexible working policy so there will be opportunities to work from home. Normal working hours will be Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm, however these will vary depending on the needs of the business and client visits.
Salary :
£24,500 - £28,000 per annum

Reporting into:
Head of Customer Success
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage day-to-day customer inquiries and administrative tasks, adhering to defined SLAs
- Escalate any issues to Account Managers and Key Account Managers where required
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding customer service and administrative tasks
- Execute the successful completion of various administrative tasks including TSQs, PIDs, cancellations, exemptions, permit requests, and all other administrative duties assigned by Account Managers and Key Account Managers
- Gather information on assigned clients
- Maintain a continuous awareness of assigned duties while consistently demonstrating exceptional knowledge of products and services.
- Provide after-sales support to retain customers
- Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries
- Report on the status of accounts to the Account Manager or Key Account Manager
- Provide support in the event that the Account Manager is on leave and provide day to day running of the account
Experience/knowledge/skills:
- Proven work experience as an Account Executive or Customer Service type role
- Strong administrative skills
- Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
- High degree of professionalism
- Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Well organised and attention to detail
- Competent in all Microsoft office applications
- Goal-oriented Team player
- Full driving licence required, use of pool car
