YOUR ROLE:

As Finance Manager , you’ll be at the heart of financial decision-making, overseeing accounts, payroll, reporting, and cash flow across two thriving business units. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing all accounting functions, including statutory and management accounts.
• Overseeing cash flow, supplier negotiations, and financial reporting.
• Consolidating financial data from both divisions to provide key insights.
• Leading financial meetings, advising on strategy, and ensuring compliance.

Providing leadership and support to finance staff across locations.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re searching for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with:

• Experience in an SME environment, managing multiple business units.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence financial decisions.
• Proven expertise in cash flow management, reporting, and compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel between York and Enfield as required.
