• Leading and managing the Human Resources team.
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Assessing training needs and monitoring training programmes.
• Supporting business needs through organizational development.
• Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Creating and revising job descriptions.
• Conducting annual salary surveys.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Part Time HR Manager should have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience in the energy and natural resources industry.
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
• Sound decision-making abilities.
