Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service. This role requires a proactive approach to identify opportunities and convert leads into loyal customers. If you have a passion for sales and a desire to succeed, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Plans work schedules, assigns tasks and delegates responsibilities
  • Advises on the handling of all correspondence and enquiries relating to accounts, sales, statistical and vacancy records
  • Ensures that procedures for considering, issuing, amending and endorsing insurance policies are adhered to
  • Plans, organises and co-ordinates the activities and resources of other offices not elsewhere classified including box offices, other ticket offices and accommodation bureaux

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A valid driver’s licence is preferred for client visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year

  • Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
