Description

  • Technology and product leader for an innovative fintech platform.
  • Drive strategic direction of software, data and machine learning development.
  • Lead software and product development and implementation.

The CTO will be responsible for shaping and driving the company’s technology strategy, creating a platform aiming to be a leader in its field.

Responsibilities

  • Be part and collaborate with management and the team on defining technology vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company’s business goals.
  • Lead, inspire and develop software, data and machine learning systems, products and implementations.
  • Manage scalability, security, reliability, change and cost efficiency of technology infrastructure and services.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within customers and the team.
  • Ensure a clear understanding of customers needs and alignment with company priorities.
  • Execution of a successful roadmap, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and driving accountability for deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate market opportunities into technical solutions.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology and software experience in technology management.
  • Degree and Master level academics and qualifications in Computing, Software Engineering and / or Technology Management.
  • Advanced and expert level in system engineering, data strategies and architectures.
  • Strong understanding of software business models including cloud infrastructure and SaaS architecture.
  • Experience developing software and data products including machine learning and AI.
  • Experience building and launching products in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Deep understanding of software development methodologies, including agile/scrum, and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Strong project management skills.

Pay: £60,000.00-£120,000.00 per year
