Overview

We are seeking a creative and passionate Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and a love for flowers and plants. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the overall presentation of the shop. This role requires organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and create floral arrangements for weddings, events, and everyday occasions.
• Assist customers in selecting flowers and plants that suit their preferences and budgets.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the shop, including displaying products attractively.
• Provide care instructions to customers for their floral arrangements and plants.
• Sell additional products such as vases, pots, and gardening supplies to enhance customer experience.
• Candidates should be flexible and able to work late during busy periods such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Florist is essential.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good numeracy skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• A creative mindset with an eye for detail in design and presentation.
