Non-Executive Director (NED) and Board Advisor (at CFO Services UK www.cfoservicesuk.com) to join our team and help to guide our organization commercial strategy.

NED responsibilities include collaborating in preparing commercial strategy, making introductions to potential partners and clients.

As part of our board of directors, you will assist with regular strategic reviews and occassionally with recruitment activities. You will work with our board and team to ensure we hit our annual goals and accomplish strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Guide on developing and implementing comprehensive commercial and marketing strategies to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
• Advise on opportunities and revenue streams including partnerships, events, advertising and tactical approaches.
• Help to make introductions for strategic partnerships with key companies, organizations, clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee the development of innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Mentor a high-performing team on marketing and sales approaches fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Non-Executive Director (NED), Board Advisor or similar role.
• Experience in commercial and strategic initiatives.
• Knowledge of financial management, auditing and corporate finance services and how to get partners, clients and individuals involved for the organization’s success.
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing; and how to build realistic sales and marketing plans for the board of directors.
• Desirable having held or holding roles as Senior Manager, Director, NED, Board Advisor, Partner or similar in related organizations to our core services.

Pay: £12,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
