Job Title: Bartender & Barista

Job Summary:

As a Bartender & Barista, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and serving high-quality beverages while providing excellent customer service in a lively and welcoming atmosphere.

Duties:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, cocktails, mocktails, wines, and beers, following recipes and quality standards

  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and providing recommendations when needed

  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including equipment, glasses, and utensils

  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of all beverages served

  • Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary

  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests by engaging with them and ensuring their needs are met promptly

  • Collaborate with the serving staff and kitchen team to ensure seamless service flow

Experience:

  • Previous experience in bartending or a similar role

  • Knowledge of basic maths for handling transactions accurately

  • Familiarity with hospitality industry practices and customer service principles

  • Understanding of food safety regulations related to beverage service

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Pay: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
