As a Bartender & Barista, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and serving high-quality beverages while providing excellent customer service in a lively and welcoming atmosphere.

Duties:

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, cocktails, mocktails, wines, and beers, following recipes and quality standards

Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and providing recommendations when needed

Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including equipment, glasses, and utensils

Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of all beverages served

Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary

Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests by engaging with them and ensuring their needs are met promptly

Collaborate with the serving staff and kitchen team to ensure seamless service flow
Experience:
-
Previous experience in bartending or a similar role

Knowledge of basic maths for handling transactions accurately

Familiarity with hospitality industry practices and customer service principles

Understanding of food safety regulations related to beverage service

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Pay: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
